We build at our own workers and vision, and at the wish of our Spanish and international clients, villas, terrace houses, appartments and houses in urbanisations, in all  price ranges and on different locations. There are plots and houses near the sea or on the green hills with a sea-view, in the romantic inside-country just a few kilometers from the sea, or in the mountains.

We built our houses in first-class material and with the best equipment. Heating, isolated windows fitted kitchen, fitted cupboards, massif wooden doors, kitchen and bathroom tiled till ceiling etc. is self-evident to us.

A Spanish and german manager are always there for you. The staff at the office speaks more languages, including English. A team of building-experts help you to build your hous at your wish and take care of the building inspection and all this for a fixed price.    

We have also Sec. Hand houses for sale in various situations, price ranges and performances, like old spanish fincas with agricultural plots in many different sizes.

The transaction of the contracts is made by an Spanish notary.

Wth everything that concerns a new hous, like: mortgages, bankproblems, garden- and pool care we will help you as good as possible.

Our office and company are settled in Jaón, away from tourist centra, in a lovely valley with vineyards. Its only a few kilometers to the sea and the beach.

The valley of Jalón, with the river Jalón, is wellknown in Spain because of the excelent wines. Jalón is a beautifull village, dating from the Moorish period. The way of life , and the buildings and constructions in this village, remember till today at this Moorish times.

The restaurants and pubs in the village offer you a good example of the regional kitchen.
